For some replacement parts, some upgrades and repairs, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Personal and company checks, money orders, and PayPal are also accepted.

Prices: Prices shown on our web site are the suggested retail price. Check your local dealer for the actual purchase price. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Shipping: All items are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Most small replacement parts and upgrades can be shipped by Post Office.
Warranty Repair
1. LDG warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover damage, improper use, abuse, or conditions beyond our control (i.e. lightning). The warranty is transferrable. The sales receipt is your warranty. 2. If return for repair is needed, wrap and package your unit to protect from damage. Use our return form to provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and a brief description of the problem. Include the sales receipt for proof of purchase date. Ship the unit to us pre-paid and insured for the retail value (LDG Electronics is not responsible for units lost or damaged in shipping). LDG Electronics will determine if your unit is repaired or replaced. 3. Ship to the following address: LDG Electronics, Inc. 1445 Parran Rd. St. Leonard, MD 20685 USA 4. We will turn the unit around as quickly as we can. Repairs can take up to 6 weeks, but are usually faster. Non-warranty Repair 1. Average repair cost is $25.00. This covers most small parts. We will contact you with the cost for fixing your return. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping on non-warranty repairs 2. If return for repair is needed, wrap and package your unit to protect from shipping damage. Use our return form to provide your name, address, phone number, e-mail, and a brief description of the problem. Ship the unit to us pre-paid and insured for the retail value.
